We live in a world that often prizes structure, order, and linear thinking—a world that doesn’t always make space for neurodiversity. If you live with ADD/ADHD, this world can sometimes feel foreign, overwhelming, or out of sync with how your brain works.
Too often, people with ADHD have been unfairly labeled as “lazy,” “undisciplined,” or “chaotic.” These words don’t reflect who you are—they reflect a world that wasn’t built with your strengths in mind. The result is that many experience frustration, self-doubt, and a sense of falling short, even when they are deeply capable.
My role is to guide you through the confusion and overwhelm, helping you find ways to thrive in this structured world while removing obstacles that stand in your way. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, create strategies to support your challenges, and design a plan that works for you—because you deserve solutions that are tailored, practical, and empowering.
My Philosophy
I believe people with ADHD are often some of the most gifted, creative, and innovative thinkers. They naturally see possibilities that others miss, bring unique perspectives, and hold incredible intelligence and talents.
My philosophy is simple: celebrate these strengths while offering the guidance and structure needed to help them shine. ADHD is not a flaw—it’s a different way of experiencing and interacting with the world. When supported, it can become a true superpower.
Why I Do What I Do
For me, this work is deeply personal. My husband and three children have all been diagnosed with ADHD. I’ve spent years observing, learning, and supporting them—discovering strategies, adapting through trial and error, and marveling at their brilliance along the way.
Each one of them experiences ADHD differently. Their creativity, independence, and intelligence inspire me daily, while their challenges with everyday tasks have motivated me to seek solutions that truly work. Through them, I’ve seen firsthand how no two individuals are alike—and how important it is to honor each person’s unique expression of neurodiversity.
Let’s Work Together
There is no one-size-fits-all strategy. My goal is to walk alongside you as a partner, co-creating approaches that meet your needs and empower you to live with more ease, clarity, and confidence.
Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, craft strategies that support your challenges, and celebrate the unique gifts you bring to the world.
Personal BIO
I’m passionate about personal growth and living with intention at every stage of life. I believe inspiration and purpose aren’t just ideals—they're daily practices. My professional journey has spanned a long and successful career in software development, where I led teams, mentored talent, and helped individuals reach their full potential. I’m also a proud mother of three wonderful (now grown) children, a former German language instructor for adults, and the co-creator of a literacy program for women in rural Nepal. After completion of an Undergraduate degree in Business and Accounting, I’ve earned certifications in ESL, PMP, CSM, and CTA—tools that have helped me bridge cultures, lead with clarity, and support meaningful change. Today, I’m committed to making an impact in my community (which includes YOU). I believe we grow best when we grow together—with support, inspiration, and purpose guiding the way.
